About CASA of Harford County
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Harford County recruits, trains, and supports dedicated community volunteers who advocate for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.
Appointed by the court, CASA volunteers work closely with children, families, schools, healthcare providers, and social services to ensure each child's best interests remain at the center of every decision.
Our vision is that every child in foster care has a caring, consistent adult advocate helping them navigate the challenges they face and move toward a brighter future.
