Who We Are

A consistent voice when it matters most

Appointed by the court, CASA volunteers work closely with children, families, schools, healthcare providers, and social services to ensure each child’s best interests remain at the center of every decision.

We are a local nonprofit program serving children in Harford County’s child welfare and juvenile court systems. Our advocates give children a consistent, caring voice—helping judges, masters, and case professionals make informed decisions about a child’s safety, wellbeing, and future.
